Description:
The Crisis Negotiator’s Association of Minnesota is hosting it's Fall 2023 Debriefs and Training Day. This one-day event will consist of incident debriefs from around the state, and training from the CNAMN Mental Health Advisor on mental health updates and team resources.
Debriefs:
- Plymouth PD (Domestic/Shots Fired at Police Barricade)
- MN Department of Corrections: Suicidal Jumper (or prison inmate takeover)
- Maple Grove PD (Domestic Armed Baricade)
Training:
- Mental Health Advisor: 1- Embeded Social Worker on CNT Team (Washington County - Woodbury PD). 2- Starting an MHA position on a team and mental health updates (Dr. Mary Pat Noonan - CNAMN MHA Representative, Minnetonka SWAT MHA, Plymouth SWAT MHA).
